PCS members are asked to use this e-action to write to their MPs requesting they support the PCS campaign to oppose job cuts and pause the restructure at FCDO.

The FCDO are using vital resources to restructure the organisation at a time when there is a serious and devasting conflict in the Middle East and global issues that need addressing.

Staff energy should be spent delivering against organisational objectives at this time, not awaiting unclear directions on a process that is currently expected to result in 1 in 3 members of staff losing their jobs.
