PCS members in the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) are continuing their formal dispute after management-imposed a below‑inflation 2% pay award for 2025–26. This award falls significantly short of the 3.25% Civil Service remit and is below settlements offered across the wider GLA family.
