PCS members in the Environment Food and Rural Affairs group are running an impactful four-day week campaign with constructive engagement happening with Defra management.
PCS members are calling for a trial in Defra which we are sure would lead to a happier, healthier and more productive workforce - as has been proved in trials that have taken place elsewhere.
